Larchmont Upgrades
- City Planning Department will hold workshops and hearings this Spring and Summer on proposed new zoning restrictions for Larchmont Village. Restrictions would include reducing the height limit for new construction to 35 feet high; limiting the width of individual storefronts to 50 feet wide and maintaining a 5-foot setback and other restrictions already in place under the Q Conditions.

- DPW/BOE/Stormwater Group is lead agency
- Pipe was scoped and determined to be an emergency
- Contractor was selected and should begin work shortly
- CCTV conducted by Sanitation from upstream MH to the sinkhole indicates that the RCP is in good shape, and the deteriorated 48" CMP will be rehabilitated by sliplining a 26" HDPE joinless pipe which is hydraulically capable to handle the flow of 50-yr storm
