Larchmont Upgrades

• City Planning Department will hold workshops and hearings this Spring and Summer on proposed new zoning restrictions for Larchmont Village. Restrictions would include reducing the height limit for new construction to 35 feet high; limiting the width of individual storefronts to 50 feet wide and maintaining a 5-foot setback and other restrictions already in place under the Q Conditions.
